Our lead time for getting your order ready for shipment is usually 7 working days from the time the order confirmation is received from the customer.
Shipping Policy
We always ensure that all our livestocks and products go through the most rigorous quality checks and are packaged in the most professional manner before they are shipped to our customers. For live crayfish order, to cover any losses due to stress during transportation, we usually add an extra 1-5% (depending on the distance travelled) to the quantity invoiced to our customers.
